What credit cards do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express
I don't have a credit card. Can I pay by cheque or direct credit? Credit card is the only way that you can pay using our online store. If you dont have a credit card then decide on the garment(s), including size and colour, that you wish to purchase and phone or email us. We will supply you with either our bank account details or the postal address to send a cheque. We will then dispatch the item(s) once your payment has been processed.
Do you accept phone orders? Yes. If you would like to place an order by telephone then please contact our retail store on +64 9 4016353
Can I get my order sent to a PO Box? No. Because we only deliver using a track and trace courier service (to ensure you recieve your purchase) you must provide an address where someone will be to collect the package.
What do I do if my order is overdue? Please send an email to our retail store and let us know. All goods are sent by track and trace courier so we will track and trace it!
What do I do if the garment doesn't fit, is not what I ordered or if I want to return it? We offer a full refund if you are not happy. See our refund policy via the main shop page for more details.
What are your delivery charges? Delivery is free in New Zealand, $20 to Australia. If you would like to ship to any other destination in the world, this can be arranged and quoted on a case by case basis. |
